Great Southern Sunnies offers a 30 day cooling off period from the date of purchase, during which our 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy applies. That means if you are not completely satisfied with the sunglasses you purchased, you can return them to us within 30 days. Providing we receive them back in brand new, unused condition, in their original packaging, free of damage and with seals unbroken, we will refund you in full, or exchange for a different pair of sunglasses to the same or lesser value at your request.

All returns are to be sent via a tracked postage service. Items not received by us, and which cannot be tracked, cannot be refunded. Where sunglasses are returned damaged, obviously used, or in a condition which would prevent us from reselling them as a brand new item, we will not be able to refund you in full. If in doubt, please contact us before sending anything back.

Orders are not received by us until payment has been made through the one of our payment channels (Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay). Your order will be sent as soon as possible once cleared funds have been received. All payments processed through channels are subject to relevant Policies, Please refer to the PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay website for full details.

Changing your delivery address
Please take care when providing your delivery address in checkout. eBay policy requires that we send your order to the delivery address providing in eBay checkout. If you have provided an incorrect address, or wish to have it sent elsewhere after you have completed eBay checkout, please notify us immediately of the correct delivery address via eBay Messages, and the reason for the change. Change of address notifications received outside the eBay Message system cannot be actioned. If your order has not already been dispatched, we will re-address it to the new address. If your order has already been dispatched, Great Sunny Deals cannot accept liability for any loss or damage as a result of it being delivered to the address you provided in eBay checkout.

Where applicable, Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in the purchase price as required under Australian Taxation law. If you require a tax invoice, just let us know.
