This grew and developed into more stores and fittingly, once the old man retired, the boys took over the business and properly developed the beauty that is now Great Southern Sunnies. We help lovers of fine sunglasses from far and wide share our passion for exceptional eyewear. Offering great friendly service and all the latest international, genuine brands like Oakley, Dragon, Arnette, Ray-Ban, Carrera, Police, Bolle, Spy, Nike and so many others and if we don’t have it we will get it for you!

All purchases are sent same or next day with Australia Post Express Post with tracking, which is generally a next day delivery service at no extra charge. Only orders under $80 have $6.95 delivery.
Authorised seller for over 30 years. All sunglasses are covered by genuine manufacturer warranty which varies depending on the brand but is generally 1 or 2 years.

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all sunglasses we sell.
All sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials
Warranty periods generally range from 6 months to 2 years from date of purchase depending on the brand and are usually detailed in the instructions booklet or tags that come with your sunglasses. Each brand's warranty period will vary. To locate the warranty period of your sunglasses, look under ‘inclusions’ on each product page.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, or nose pieces. Please also remember that any alterations to the sunglasses will void your warranty.
Please note: Warranty claims and repairs are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will contain your tracking number. This will be active once Australia Post scans your parcel at their sorting facility
Use the Australia Post website and your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your junk folder.

All our items are sent using the Australia Post Express service.
This service is free on all orders $80.00 or over
The cost is $6.95 for all orders under $80.00
Yes you can, but for all post purchase address changes you will need to send through supporting documentation as requested by our customer care team.
This may be a drivers license or utility bill showing the purchaser's name and new shipping address.
Acceptance of these documents will be at the discretion of our customer care team.
Failure to do this will result in an order cancellation and a refund being issued.
Please email our Customer Care Team at shop@greatsouthernsunnies.com.au as soon as you notice an issue, we will assess the problem and amend the situation as efficiently as possible.
If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item we will pay for or refund the cost of the return shipping.
Great Southern Sunnies offers you the convenience of returning items for 30 days after purchase.

They will instruct you on the return procedure and provide you with necessary return shipping information.
Please be sure to package the return suitably to avoid any damage in transit. (GSS will not accept any return that has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.)

They will instruct you on the return procedure and provide you with necessary return shipping information.
Great Southern Sunnies will cover the cost of returning the exchange.
It will be at the customer's expense to send back the original purchase.

Yes, Great Southern Sunnies have access to all spare parts for the brands we stock.
These are ordered as required. The cost and time frame can be provided upon request.
We also have a repair and installation service if required.
