ARC for ultimate protection

The Anti-Reflective Coating (ARC) used on a pair of Tonic sunglasses means your eyes are not exposed to the dangerous reflective glare that can easily enter your eyes even when you’re wearing a pair of shades. The inside lenses are coated in the ARC anti reflective film to ensure you’re not getting that nasty bounce back!

Custom Filtration Polarisation System

Tonic’s polarised sunglasses system uses 3-4 colour integration technology to allow for better visual clarity, colour saturation, and colour perception, no matter the light conditions. The Polarised Grey lens integrate 3 colours while the Copper Polarised lenses integrates four.

  • Green – helps to retain colour
  • Aqua – acts as a splitter, allowing definition of colour instead of flattening.

Do my sunglasses come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all sunglasses we sell. 

All sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials

Warranty periods generally range from 6 months to 2 years from date of purchase depending on the brand and are usually detailed in the instructions booklet or tags that come with your sunglasses. Each brand's warranty period will vary. To locate the warranty period of your sunglasses, look under ‘inclusions’ on each product page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, or nose pieces. Please also remember that any alterations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. 

Please note: Warranty claims and repairs are at the  discretion of the manufacturer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will contain your tracking number.  This will be active once Australia Post scans your parcel at their sorting facility

Use the Australia Post website and your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your junk folder.

What are the delivery charges?

All our items are sent using the Australia Post Express service.

This service is free on all orders $80.00 or over

The cost is $6.95 for all orders under $80.00

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can, but for all post purchase address changes you will need to send through supporting documentation as requested by our customer care team.  

This may be a drivers license or utility bill showing the purchaser's name and new shipping address.  

Acceptance of these documents will be at the discretion of our customer care team.

Failure to do this will result in an order cancellation and a refund being issued.

What happens if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Please email our Customer Care Team at shop@greatsouthernsunnies.com.au as soon as you notice an issue, we will assess the problem and amend the situation as efficiently as possible.

If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item we will pay for or refund the cost of the return shipping.

How do I return an item?

Great Southern Sunnies offers you the convenience of returning items for 30 days after purchase.

To return an item please make contact with our Customer Care Team at shop@greatsouthernsunnies.com.au

They will instruct you on the return procedure and provide you with necessary return shipping information.

Please be sure to package the return suitably to avoid any damage in transit.  (GSS will not accept any return that has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.)

Please be sure to include all original packaging documentation and tags.

How do I exchange an item?

They will instruct you on the return procedure and provide you with necessary return shipping information.

Great Southern Sunnies will cover the cost of returning the exchange.

 It will be at the customer's expense to send back the original purchase.

The exchange will be sent out once the original purchase has been received.

Yes, Great Southern Sunnies have access to all spare parts for the brands we stock.

These are ordered as required. The cost and time frame can be provided upon request.

We also have a repair and installation service if required.

Do you do ‘Special orders’
